Dance Costume Size Chart

This size chart is applicable for Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattam dance costumes only.

Size details of the ready-made dance costumes are given below.  All measurements are in inches. Waist, Hip, Chest, Under Arms, Ankle and Sleeves are measured around. The sizes can be +/- 1 inch. For skirt model dance costumes, the skirt length will be 4 ~ 5 inches smaller than the leg length. For example if you buy the pant model dance dress size 30, the pant length will be 30 inches but the skirt length of a size 30 dance costume will be only 26 inches.

All the ready-made and custom made dance dresses made by us will have provisions to increase the blouse size by atleast one size. The numbers below are general guidelines - please use your best judgement to select the correct size.

Size 26 :- Pant length:26, Waist:22, Hip:26, Ankle:9,      Blouse Bust:22, Blouse lower chest:20, Blouse Sleeves:8

Size 28 :- Pant length:28, Waist:24, Hip:28, Ankle:9,      Blouse Bust:24, Blouse lower chest:22, Blouse Sleeves:8

Size 30 :- Pant length:30, Waist:26, Hip:30, Ankle:10,     BlouseBust:26, Blouse lower chest:24, Blouse Sleeves:9

Size 32 :- Pant length:32, Waist:28, Hip:32, Ankle:10,     Blouse Bust:28, Blouse lower chest:26, Blouse Sleeves:9

Size 34 :- Pant length:34, wasit:30, Hip:34, Ankle:11,     Blouse Bust:30, Blouse lower chest:28, Blouse Sleeves:10

Size 36 :- Pant length:36, waist:32, Hip:36, Ankle:12,     Blouse Bust:32, Blouse lower chest:30, Blouse Sleeves:10

Size 38 :- Pant length:38, Wasit:34, Hip:38, Ankle:13,    Blouse Bust:34, Blouse lower chest:32, Blouse Sleeves:12
