RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully before placing an order
.

You may return most new, unopened, unused items in its original form within 7 days of delivery.  We will refund the total cost of the items less 20% re-stocking fee. We will not refund the shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping charges also. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and you received an incorrect item. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to our error.

Please understand that we are not in the business of renting jewelry and costumes. No refund or return for any items after keeping them for 5 days or over the weekend.

Most of the jewelry we sell are handmade. Its genuine to have a couple of missing stones or loose thread in some rare cases.  We can replace the thread or stones only if that happens when it reaches you. We will not send you a replacement jewelry for such cases. However, if you don't want to keep it, please return it we will refund 80% of your cost. No shipping charges will be refunded or provided for returning the item.

No refunds or returns for the orders shipped outside USA. All sales are final for the customers living outside USA.

No refund for custome dance costumes. If the size is not within the limits of what you have submitted, we will issue store credit and you may order another one of the same type after returning the defect dress.

No refund for the ready-made costume. Please read the size chart and make sure you get the correct size. All the unused costumes must be returned within 7 days of delivery, to get a replacement. Unused dress received after 7 days are subjected to a restocking fee of 30%. Any replacement will take a minimum of 4 weeks.

No refund for event tickets after the event is over for any reason. If you want to cancel your event ticket before the event, an email instruction with the order number must be received in our inbox 24 hrs before the event start time.

In any case

NO refund or store credits can be issued after 30 days of purchase.  

NO refund or store credit can be issued for used costumes, jewelry or accessories, even if returned within 7 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery or returned with missing parts or returned without return authorization (RA) will be subjected to additional re-stocking fees.

Under no circumstances, a refund will be processed before receiving the items in our facility.

Free shipping offers and discount coupon codes

From time to time we offer free shipping or discount coupon coded over a certain order total. If you avail such offers, all the returns and refunds associated with that shipment will be charged a flat shipping charge of $15 irrespective of the order total. That means the customer will pay the return shipment and an additional of $15 because we didn't charge a shipping while sending you the package at the first time. All additional restocking fees will be also applied before refunding and settling the order. Under no circumstances, a refund will be processed before receiving the items in our facility.

Please note:-

* Restocking fee for costumes and dress materials are 30%. Kindly order the correct color and size costume. Custom made costumes can only be returned if the size is smaller than requested by more than 2 inches and there is no provision to increase the size. Also there is no refund for custom made costumes, we will only give you a store credit for a future order for custom made costumes in all cases. The Bollywood dresses we sell at rock bottom price are for one or two time dance use. These are not party wear. No guarantee for color and no refund is provided for these dresses after 7 days of receiving the material at your place.

** Unused jewelry and other accessories shall be returned within 7 days of the delivery. Due to the nature of stock, we are only able to give you a store credit. The store credit will be issued after deducting the shipping charges and re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The store credit is only valid for 60 days from date of issue.

***If you find out that your child is allergic to the jewelry or material you bought from us, we will gladly take it back within 7 days of delivery to you. The jewelry is not intended to use for children under 13 years of old. The store or its associates are not responsible for accidents or any other issues related to such use.

**** We work hard to deliver you the exact product you have ordered. However, due to variation in batch and models, some times there may be a slight variation in the actual jewelry and the one in picture.

Shipping damages:-

If you notice any shipping damage, please email us pictures of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the parcel is insured, we will claim the damage with the insurance provider and refund you the cost of damaged items once approved. This process may take up to 15 business days. You must return the damaged items to us in order to get a refund. We will refund the shipping charges also. No exchanges will be made for the damaged item. If you need the same item, you may purchase it from us again. We can not guarantee that the same item will be in stock always. In such case you may buy a closest equivalent.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for fallen stones, loosened hooks and rings, and broken chain/threads. If needed, we will ship you accessories and you will need to fix those. Most of the times simply closing the ring or gluing the fallen stones will fix the issue. It is common that these issues happen in this type of hand made jewelry.
